include grains and milk products? That is correct. And, regardless of what that
food pyramid says, they aren't essential to your health. They were not a part

hunter-gatherer societies that survive today. I spent many years living in the
Pacific islands and these food items are not a part of the traditional diet of
people living there. And, I have faith that island everyone is certainly as
healthy and engaging as people anywhere else on this planet of ours.
